No. If the referral results in a job, the contractor usually purchases the materials from Lakefront Roofing and Siding Supply. There is no binding agreement, only the understanding that we expect the homeowner or building owner to get great service.
First, try to get a reliable referral. Next, the Contractor should provide proof of State License, Bonding, and Insurance coverage. Finally, make your choice based on written job estimates, and your personal assessment of their professional appeal and the answers to your questions.
You should interview at least two qualified contractors. If you interview more than three, the contractors generally feel their time may be wasted. We refer contractors based on the information you provide us. Should you feel a contractor is not qualified for the type of work your job requires, call us. We will gladly offer another referral.
